Dear Developer, I am the owner of a website that gives free help to cancer patients from all over the world, sharing information on new treatment options. This website helps people when medical doctors cannot help them anymore, so it is important that the website is running well and it is online. However, since a few months ago, the website seems to be heavier and heavier so that now it is loading very slow and is using too much CPU that can sometimes shut down the website as it crosses the limit allocated by the provider. I contacted Siteground (where my website is located) to help me with this and their answer is listed in the attachment as a word doc. Based on this, can you please let me know if you can clean up the database so that the website works well again, without having to uninstall important plugins that I am currently using?
