If you’re not super organized and super motivated, this project IS NOT for you. Our team needs two FACILITATORS/COORDINATORS to work with our PROJECT COORDINATOR to help assist in the production of websites, management of agencies and agreements, and to keep the work flowing. We are looking for two time slots to be filled: 3 PM - 11 PM EST (US; New York) and 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM EST (US; New York). Your task will include facilitating project completion and working with vendors and contractors to ensure website repairs, website builds/development, and marketing functions are completed. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and sending and responding to emails. Accordingly, your English (US) skills, both written and oral, must be impeccable and flawless. You must also do daily reporting tasks and carefully access where each vendor is on each project. You must also be able to communicate with all the parties on SLACK effectively. You will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients and prospective clients via chat on our websites (and social media) - and following up with emails and calls if necessary. In communication, you must communicate that our number can be relayed to answer incoming calls for clients/prospect needs. Finally, you must be able to input and coordinate all this through a CRM - any particular Hubspot knowledge would be useful. A telephone call will be necessary to judge your particular communication skills, phone network, and other technical factors. Good-day, I have read through the job description and I am confident that i am more than capable of getting the job done as required. I have gained experience working as a operational analyst remotely for an EdTech company in the US and I have worked as a Virtual Service Manager for a commercial fitness distribution company (Australia) taking care of Shopify e-commerce management, bookkeeping, customer satisfaction management using Hubspot CRM and helping with marketing procedures through social media and search ads. I am highly experienced in Hubspot CRM sales pipeline and Hubspot marketing and have used Slack for communications. In one of the positions I held before I was taking care of the bookkeeping using Xero which is quiet similar to Quickbooks and transition from Xero to quickbooks will be really easy for me. For customer calling, I have experience using RingCentral and including shopify management I've used Wix to create and manage websites before. Hopefully this will be prove of my capabilities and how i can be a multitasker bringing value to you. I have gained experience using JIRA fo task management. I use Google suite and Microsoft office for performing daily tasks accordingly and to manage all administrative tasks.
