Webite Design and rebuild - in wordpress

I have a concept website built [login to view URL] this is a development site and related to [login to view URL] I require a professionally built and designed website using the wordpress platform on a template so that it is simple for anyone to update content. All pages and content to be copied from [login to view URL], using same style layout as on the concept site to deliver a completed and fully tested website with all links working. There will be webforms to be paced on the website or in widgets with downloadable resources. The live site is to be fully functional with all the content on completion of the job. See detailed requirements ## Deliverables The logo artwork and design is to be of high quality. Any artwork is to be free of any copyright restrictions, I will buy any artwork if required to complete the job. All artwork to be targeted to the Australian market, use samples on the website before I purchase for us to use. This website is to have the look of corporate website targeting the financial services. The current website is a guideline for the framework (i.e. 4 boxes at the bottom etc. optin box with artwork on the home page) all of the links and content needs to be copied to the new website - you can develop into the live environment if that helps ([login to view URL]) The flashing banners on the home page need to have pictures that relate to the topic and text similar to what is on them already there is a challange with the infusionsoft html code on the equiry page see webcast <[login to view URL]> it dosn't look like that on our site The project needs to use WordPress and be able to use the standard widgets, plugins, pages etc. this is so that all content can be added to whole website without need of coding. There are web forms created in infusionsoft and in html format, currently they are not showing completely on the test site, see screencast in detailed requirements - all forms will need to work properly There are some templates we have seen which allow different page layouts so that It can have sidebar widget's or not - we need something like - please see the foundation page when we put the iframe in the site doesn't fit on the page- this will need to fit and function properly. some pages will require the widgets and others won't. The other pages need to be able to add easly The draft content will be added over the next couple of days and should be mostly done by the time the job is awarded. these are policy pages etc. some will be links in footer that go to pages all content to be fomated to suit the website Please have a good look and get an understanding of the flow the site. The News & Updates is our blog posting area - at this stage there is only one category, we will be getting strategic partners to post information in this area, we will also be looking at getting a feed or contribution from [login to view URL] - if we can add an automatic feed to this page I've attached the current logo for the banner however it needs to fit the job requirement of high level corporate image - I'm happy to for you to create a new logo for the banner if youfeel yo can modify or create a more corporate logo, but if don't use our logo we will require the artwork in high resolution for business card and Stationary which may be another job later.
