Hi, I need to make a website, which will be able to work like this site:

I will have template and website ready, but I need someone to make a searchbar for me and tell me how to use it. I need it to work exactly like on the website above. I want to have a place, where customer will have opportunity to write or just check from dropbox menu his competiton name(it will be gallery or product page - or it will be just photo tag), and the next field where he will be able to write his surname or unique competitor number(it will be photo tag).
I need it to open gallery where I will have just photos from selected marathon for written data(surname or number). I can add manually tags to photos with number and surname, and even a unique tag for competition if this will make it simplier.
