Worpress Theme Developing / Designing

I am looking for developer who will design Wordpress Theme for our company page(s). We are planning to use Wordpress. Design has to be based on layout of our existing "static" web page ([login to view URL]). I will supply main graphic sources / images / logos. Main points of theme: - multiple page/post templates (left/right menu, full page etc.) - homepage Flash could be replaced by some plug-in. It will be good if we can customise it placing main services for ex. using pages like carousel plug-in - easy changeable top logo and telephone number (that one on top left side of the existing page) - no comments on post/page, but if we need we can put it on - integrated auto blogging (using some free plug-in to auto post news from third parties (we will supply RSS feed including homepage widget (see existing page) - customisable top and bottom menus - a few types of left / right menus, for different categories of post/pages
