An Azure Logic app that transform a complex XML document to a HTML table

I am looking for an someone who is has experience writing Azure Logic Apps. We're in the process of testing this approach for some of our apps. Right now we're stuck with some basics. We need to read an a XML file, and transform this into an HTML table. Note, this should be done completely with the Azure Logic apps designer. No other coding needed! This is a job for someone who has experience building Azure Logic Apps.
