I’m ready to start a consistent yoga practice and would love one-on-one guidance from an experienced teacher. My current level is absolute beginner, so I’m looking for someone who can introduce fundamentals at a comfortable pace, focus on proper alignment, safe breathing techniques, and gradually build strength and flexibility. Sessions will be private—either in person if you are nearby, or live online if that works better. Ideally, we’ll meet once or twice a week for 60 minutes, but I’m flexible on timing and duration as long as progress is steady and clear. I’d appreciate a brief plan outlining how you’d structure the first four lessons, the props you recommend, and any simple homework stretches or mindfulness exercises I can follow between meetings.
