Zoho CRM & Email Setup

I’m rolling out Zoho across the company and need an experienced hand to get three key pieces running smoothly: customer funnel system, mail templates, an email-marketing pipeline, and an integrated ticketing system. Mail templates I already have partial copy and basic design ideas. You’ll polish the messaging, lay it out in responsive HTML, add dynamic Zoho merge tags, and load the finished templates into the CRM so the team can send them in one click. Email marketing for new leads The focus is lead-nurture only; existing or lapsed customers aren’t in scope yet. I’m looking for a concise workflow that automatically segments new leads, triggers the right template, and tracks opens, clicks, and conversions inside Zoho Campaigns (or the built-in CRM automation if you prefer). Clear reports and an A/B test for the first send are part of the job. Ticketing system Set up Zoho Desk (or the CRM Cases module—whichever you recommend) so support emails become tickets, auto-reply with one of the new templates, and route to the correct agent. SLA timers, status categories, and an internal dashboard should be live before hand-off. Deliverables • 3–5 finalized, mobile-ready email templates loaded in Zoho • Automated lead-nurture workflow active and tested • Ticketing pipeline configured end-to-end with routing and reporting • A short hand-over guide or loom video showing how to edit templates and workflows Acceptance criteria All templates render correctly in major email clients, automation triggers without errors on at least 20 test records, and tickets created via email appear in the correct queue with SLAs applied.
