I need my Zoho One environment to talk seamlessly with both WhatsApp and a cloud telephony platform. Within WhatsApp I must be able to send and receive messages through approved templates and free-form chats, and trigger fully automated responses that pull data from Zoho CRM, Desk and Campaigns. On the voice side, the solution must plug a cloud PBX into Zoho so every inbound or outbound call is logged automatically, recordings are stored against the contact, and IVR flows can pop lead or ticket details for agents. I also want real-time and historical call analytics surfaced inside Zoho Analytics. Because we serve opt-in customers only, an effective DND layer is essential; callers flagged as “Do Not Disturb” in compliance fields should be blocked from outbound voice or WhatsApp pushes, safeguarding their experience. Number masking between agents and customers is required so personal numbers remain private during both calls and chats.
