Project description

OVERVIEW

- Audience: Project Managers

- Goal:
The project goal was to design a B2B Dashboard and application for Project Managers for new Task Creation Flow and team management on a particular task.

- Problem:
Project Managers face problem at which stage a new task is and had to memorize it.

- Role:
Ux Designer & Product Designer

- Tool: Adobe Xd

- Challenges & Approach:
Challenge was to create a Flow for each Task.

After a lot of brainstorming stages, flow idea was implemented to track each task through the user journey and Empathy Map.

- RESULTS:
The final version was a Dashboard where Project Managers can check each Task creation progress
as well as manage teams on each task with their productivity.
