I am a licensed New York attorney, holding an LLM (Masters of Law) in Commercial and Corporate Law as well as two certificates in International Law. I am also a management consultant. I have significant experience in both law and business. My management consulting practices offers services related to: operations management, organizational design, process efficiency reviews, sales/business development and marketing, as well as general business strategies. Finally, I am adept at working across cultural boundaries having as a result of living and working in Argentina, England, India, Myanmar (Burma), Vietnam and various regions in the US.
