Wizz Air is one of the leading low-cost airlines in Europe and the largest in Central and Eastern Europe. My responsibility is to optimize the user experience on the website and in the mobile app in order to improve the conversion rate. I was the first member who joined the newly established e-commerce team in 2016 and was fully involved in the new website and new app project. I established a solid online measurement through Google Analytics 360, AB testing and the CRO team within the company.
