Hi I am Michelle Natividad, I am posting my profile and I am searching a Virtual Assistant position and Phone and chat support. I have been a call center agent for 2 years and 9 months. And I had had been dealing with customers from United Kingdom and North America with Ebay account . And prior to that I was a subsidiary ledger controller from a lending company. I have not finished my course which is BS- Psychology though but it helped me a lot to cope and deal with customers as my work description were primary and mainly about customer services . I am determined,I always believe that things can be done in due time. I can easily adapt to any tools needed in helping me accomplish my job.
