1- improve the exterior of the house.by editing sides and roof, adding moldings and not changing windows location but their styles. -changing colors to more up to date craftsman style, i walked through google earth to see other buildings styles and colors, and i found that they all using warm colors, so i thought that it will be great choice to use cooler colors, and it will be greater if i combined it with one warm color, so i chose blues and grey for walls and dark brown for roof. - creating a new porch in front of family room goes with craftsman style, and using light grey wood for it. - remodeling garage to go with building style and colors. again , without changing structure system. - design could be accomplished with even less than 40,000$. 2- Landscape. - hardscape , i created a new path goes to family room door, with new tiles,to draw attention to front door and improve curb appeal. - softscape, i created a new planting bed at the cross way to Add contrast and color to it.
