In our college, we have a newspaper called AMPLUS and i have designed and edited the newspaper. This is the photo pf the front page just to show my work. I have also designed an entire Times of India, newspapers front page.

There maybe apps that help do a dispersion effect these days, but this effect is done by me on Photoshop with a lot of care and there is no chance of messing it up when done with care.
