I’ve got lots of practical experience in Microsoft Office programmes, especially Word, Excel and Access. I’ve been a secondary school administrator for several years so I got this experience the hard way. I'm expert in scientific and mathematical typing, specialising in equations, diagrams, charts and graphs because even though my academic background is in Biology, much of my career has been spent as a teacher of secondary school mathematics. I'm proficient in using both Excel and Access to store and process data such as student test grades and have no difficulty in techniques such as Mail Merge. Apart from all that, English is my native language but I’m familiar with issues faced by people who use it as a second language. I have a good knowledge of French since I live in a bilingual country. My personal characteristics? I’m painstaking, precise and patient – and ready to work hard at any project which needs these traits.
