custom graphics Manipulation sub for Visual Basic

My second time trying to get this project done by a Freelancer. Ahmed delivered in a week, what the first Freelancer couldn't get done in 6 months. On top of that, he helped this old dog, try to learn some new tricks when it came to importing and including libraries I don't normally use. Ultimately, a great experience and he was very patient with making it happen. I have a more involved project upcoming in 2023, will absolutely be asking him to bid!
