Wordpress developer, custom theme developement for high traffic websites, PSD to WP, HTML to WP

I am a Wordpress developer currently working for the leading publishing company in Serbia. I have developed over 30 websites in last 3 years, everithing from simple portfolio to high traffic websites (over 3.000.000 visits and over 15.000.000 pageviews per month), everything is 100% wordpress with some fine tuning. Also I have expirience in creating custom themes from scrach, based on PSD, or existing non WP website (static or other CMS), and data migration from pretty much everything to Wordpress. Portfolio

redesign / optimization job.
The design was partialy in a HTML mockup, and partialy in PSD.
The current template was stripped and optimized - cleaned PHP, HTML and CSS code, heavy usage of sprites for less load time, cross browser optimized.

There was some cool looking design elements implemented and some plugin tuning too.

The result:
it can handle 4000+ connections per secund, easily.

Website was originally a custom PHP solution. in phase 1 it was converted into Drupal 6 with identical design.
In phase 2 it was converted to Wordpress and redisigned. The design was created from PSD given by the designer, unique magazine look.

Custom slider, custom category and post pages, galleries and a couple of modified plugins.

Freelance project, light on funcionality but heavy on design and jquery. Created from scrach, in Wordpres, based on PSD. The main asset are custom built JQuery maps, with different location items, hovers and javascript descriptions.
Only problem is poorly made background image, so it doesn' completely mach the design (shadows are not fluid), but that part was not my work at all.

It still is my major project at the Company and it has more then 150.000 visits/day with no problems.
