  “I realise that Gyanender has very good reviews prior to me working with him however I need to be honest with my review otherwise the Freelancer review system is pointless. I asked Gyanender to read through all the points in my job description and test out my webpage to make sure he understood everything that was involved in the job. He assured me that he could complete the job in 2 days for the agreed amount. Unfortunately the job ended up taking 12 days to complete - which was 10 days over. I am a developer myself and I could tell after a number of messages back and forth that Gyanender was struggling with some of the points in the job description and I had to help him with an algorithm at one point. Gyanender would keep getting me to check his work on many different occasions and I had to keep telling him that things still were not working correctly. He would then send more messages for me to check his work however he had not fixed the problems which where brought up in previous conversations. At the end of the 12 days, he did manage to complete the job however it was a long, drawn out process which would have been avoided if he had read the project description properly before agreeing to do the job and also if he had have documented all the issues I would bring up, so that he could work through fixing each one before he had me check his work again. Gyanender said in the end that he would have been much faster at other web design jobs.”
