Project for Cazacu C.

One of the worst freelancer. Can't handle the work, basically wasted my time. Agreed to do on a cost and asked to award the project, later came up with some blame excuses and dropped the project. If you really can't handle the project, why would you take it in first place? Such a disaster. AVOID THIS PERSON! My first negative review in this site.
