Hi, My name is Shudipta Kumar Baruah. I am a resident of Guwahati, Assam (India). As far as my educational background goes, I have done my PGDBA in HR from SCDL, Pune after I graduated from ADP College, Nagaon with English as a Major subject. I started off as a Computer faculty at a private college in my hometown for 15 months, enriching my teaching skills. To pursue my career after my graduation, I had shifted to New Delhi and worked as an associate for iContract Advertising India Ltd at Nehru Place, Delhi. I previously held the position of a Consultant at SCNR Office for the NRC Assam Project till December 31, 2019. During my 3.5 years tenure at NRC Assam, I had the opportunity to work on a huge database and led my team to generate impactful reports and Daily Progress Dashboards for all field activities to be shared with the State Coordinator as well as other stakeholders of the 33 Districts and 157 Circles of Assam. Before NRC, I worked for more than 11 years as a People Manager at Concentrix India Limited, New Delhi since September 2004 till March 2016. During this tenure, I have learnt the traits of leadership while working successfully as a People Manager. For my people management skills, I had been honored with various rewards for the excellent performance of my team and also became the Retention Champ for maintaining the lowest attrition rate for three consecutive quarters.
