Work Experience:
I have got a total work experience of 9 years (5 years in U.A.E) in various fields of mechanical engineering like design & drawing, production and installation as given below:
1)
Presently working here for last three years as design & production engineer. This is a vehicle body building industry which also does all types of steel fabrication works. Trailers from 1ton to 100tons are being designed & fabricated here including all types of tippers, cargo bodies, flat beds, skeleton trailers, container boxes, water tankers, vacuum tankers, fuel tankers, acid tankers, cement bulkers, silos, storage tanks, shutter bodies, curtain side trailers, A-Frame trailers, rock body tippers and a lot of multi utility vehicles. Storage tanks for acid, fuel as well as water are also being designed & fabricated by Four Lines Industries. Apart from the responsibility of production engineer I also does cost estimation for all steel fabrication and moreover does the design & drawing of all the products developed here.

Worked here for two years as design and production engineer which is a well established firm in the middle east for heavy vehicles body manufacturing. We were dealing with well recognized truck companies like MAN, Scania, Volvo, Isuzu, Iveco, Mercedes Benz, etc. and undertook the design and production of trailers, semi trailers, semi trailer tankers, diesel tankers, petrol tankers, tippers, water tankers, storage tanks, flat beds, office containers, cargo bodies and a lot of special purpose utility vehicles. I was involved in the cost estimation, design, drawing and production of all the above stated jobs.
3)
Worked here for three years as design and production engineer which is the only Indian manufacturer of LPG Dome fittings for Indian Railway Wagons. We were also dealing with Navy for the design, production and installation of Flood Alarm systems & sensors on their ships and had installed this on over 40 Naval ships.
We also developed gym equipments like treadmills, multi gyms and lot of other health equipments and do direct selling from the factory. Apart from all these we had designed, produced and installed equipments like level gauges, level indicators, level sensing switches, pump controllers, dip rods etc. for various well known firms like HPCL, BPCL etc. I was involved in all these works from product design to installation.
4)
Worked in this firm fir six months in their Autocad design & drawing department and was involved in the drawing and plotting of various electrical cable laying project works.
5)
Worked here for six months in the production department, which is a reputed organization in the field of Agro mills and products.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical with 60% marks.
Predegree from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala.
SSLC from English Medium High School.
