Milton webdav tutorials

There was an initial mis-understanding about the nature of the project. When it was finally cleared up the contractor was given the option of discontinuing but wanted to continue. However, he was clearly lacking in capability. I continued for weeks to try to help the contractor but he was often un-responsive with days going by between contacts. At this point, well over 4 weeks into a supposedly 10 day project, no progress has been made.
