My Major project: During my time at Leadership Edge Live, a company based in Goodyear, Arizona, I had the opportunity to work on a major project focused on leadership development. As a key member of the team, I played an instrumental role in developing content for 168 modules, each consisting of three sessions. Additionally, I was responsible for creating 70 facilitator guides to support the organization's training efforts. This project spanned over two and a half years, during which I gained valuable experience in content development and project management. I have dedicated the past 16 years of my career to the field of learning and development. Throughout this time, I have worked on the ADDIE model, contributing to both the Implementation and Design and Development teams. My experience with the Implementation team has provided me with a profound understanding of the learners' needs and how they learn. I am confident that this knowledge will enable me to create courses that are not only engaging but also highly effective for learners.
