I have been in the BPO industry for 8 years, starting as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Specialist, then worked my way up to being a Customer Retention Marketing Officer and eventually became a Sales Coach. I also became a Process Trainer for several Campaigns then transitioned to be a Team Leader on the Operations and finally became an AVP for Operations handling 400 agents. My recent homebased experience was working as a Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate Company where I was able to set up numerous appointmenta for my client.
