The company’s main responsibility was to list holiday packages for their main client, Tripaneer. On a weekly basis, we were able to list 150-250 holiday packages. I was responsible for the day-to-day operations that cover monitoring and providing solutions for the company’s weekly task distribution, daily reports, quality control management, customer satisfaction, HRGA, and working system.

Tripaneer is now one of the world’s largest themed travel website. Joining the company in 2013 when it was a small group (8 people), I was responsible for training new employees joining the company online via Skype. In addition, I was also responsible for mapping trainers with trainees and developing training tools (company wiki, syllabus, evaluation tool and system, and training videos). During my tenure, Tripaneer grew from 20 to 70 employees.

As a fast-growing themed travel website, Tripaneer was in demand to list many vacation packages. As one of the editors at the company, my main duty was to list 10-12 vacation packages a week.
