This was an experiment with the Wikipedia API. I wanted to create a simple and easy to use UI to search Wikipedia content. This small app fetches results for any given query (up to 10 items at once) and links them to main Wikipedia site. There is also a button to get a random article. The requirement was to build a weather application that runs across platforms and can detect the location and show current weather data along with a forecast for future weather. The UI had to be attractive and modern. I've played with gradient colors and explored some design language like Material design to come up with this solution. In addition to all the requirements, it can also search for any location and show it's weather data. I've used animations, API's of Google Maps, Darkskies etc to create the best possible user experience. Nest Tab is an extension for Google Chrome that aims to give users a superior experience on the 'New Tab' page than the default one. It replaces the new tabs with a clean looking page that contains some useful tools to help the user stay productive. This project was very challenging because it had to save and manage data in users local storage. The requirements was to build a tribute page on someone that that has a profound influence on me in a positive way, has contributed to the society in some way etc. I've chosen Quincy Larson as my idol as my idol for creating my project. I wanted something simpler yet compelling. I've built the page using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS as a pre-processor). The project was loved by a lot of people.
