Hello, I am Engels. Prior to freelancing, I have worked before as a Business Process Associate in an outsourcing company. I performed various back-office and administrative support task for our company's U.S. based clients that are in the field of real estate mortgage and credit card transactions. Working in a BPO company for six years provided me intense training on how to work in a fast-paced environment, to be more attentive to details, and able to do multi-tasking, which I am still implementing now to my every work as a freelance data entry specialist, so that to provide my clients an excellent customer service that they deserve.
