Software and Electronics Engineer

I work to live and not the other way round. Spent most of my life in University, getting a B.Eng(Hons)(University of Malta), and an MSc and a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (University of Nottingham, UK). I have been working as a freelancer for the last year, previously worked for a small process and instrumentation company for 4 years, building and maintaining the product's software, and also building automated in-house software to make life easier for employees. I love traveling, and that is why I want to become a freelancer. Hobbies include going out drinking with mates, playing football, playing piano/clarinet and reading. I have also started a travel blog: [login to view URL]

Ultrasonic monitoring of drug loaded Pluronic F127 micellular hydrogel phase behaviour

Materials Science and Engineering: C
• Phase behaviour of drug loaded PEO–PPO–PEO tri-block copolymers was studied. • Polymer aggregation was monitored with ultrasound velocity and attenuation. • The micellation phase transition was identified using ultrasound parameters. • In vivo study of hydrogels used in drug delivery may be possible using ultrasound. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0928493113005249?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base%3BQs%2Ba3SDZQf%2BncmjAH59lGw%3D%3D
