I've been writing for several years now and published my first novel in August of 2016; I'm working on the second. For the last year or so, I've been focusing largely on pop culture writing—films, anime, gaming, etc.—as a means of gaining experience in general and, frankly, to keep myself busy. I run a few different blogs as well (these are just fun projects) and a YouTube channel - also for fun. I've taken a few different courses in Journalism and Creative Writing and have achieved my 150 hour TESOL certificate (very useful as I'm also a part-time English tutor).

I've been tutoring in English since 2017, but around late January or early February of 2020, I got an offer from a company called Speak 5 to do conversational English classes. I'd meet with a student over Skype and we'd record a video call where we discussed whatever the student wanted to discuss.
