As a Department Manager I would oversee a team of 20-40 employees, depending on the time of year. I was in charge of planning all store events and social media for our specific location. I was also a key member on the business planning for the year, inventory management, and strategic planning of merchandising new product.

As the Executive Assistant, I performed administrative responsibilities for the executive team. I handled PR for the company and was the key representative for head office, liaising with all store locations. I was heavily involved on the digital strategy planning and social media.
