I also have skills in social media management, web research, and data entry. I have experience in helping my customers and executing my tasks in a timely but very efficient manner. When I was a call center agent, I handled the eBay account. I was in charge of answering our customer's inquiries about their order, refund and return status through phone and email. I have a fast internet connection; I have my own pc to use anytime and a quiet space to work.
