Friendly and easy communication from the start. I provided a clear milestone document, which helped guide Huma through each stage of the project and defined the criteria that needed to be met. The work was completed on time, and only minimal revisions were required. After those small adjustments, everything was perfect.

It was adjusting template pages for my topic, rather than developing a website as I wanted. The agreed lead times were not met, content was not properly controlled before delivery. (wrong contact email adress was still remaining from the template page itself)
