It computes all five tariff components year-wise—Return on Equity, Interest on Loan, Depreciation, Operation and Maintenance Expenses (linked directly to applicable norms), and Interest on Working Capital—using regulatory-based financial logic. The model includes a 35-year projection structure with automated tracking of loan outstanding, cumulative depreciation, total tariff, and detailed O&M breakdown. Built with advanced Excel functions and structured validation controls, the tool minimizes manual errors, ensures consistency with regulatory methodology, and provides a clean dashboard-ready output suitable for professional financial evaluation and client reporting.
