I worked with Amazon clients and agencies for over 4 years managing different accounts. Prior to working at home, I have worked to different BPO companies as a Customer Support & Sales Specialist for 3 years. I have experience handling inquiries and complaints through email, phone calls and live chat. I am very keen on details and I make sure that the job is done promptly. If there are things that are new to me, I will not hesitate to ask. You can train me for me to have a full understanding. I am a fast learner and I can work under minimal supervision to no supervision at all. My prior experience in customer service has provided me with unique technical skills that I can apply to this role.
