## BIO I have received a BS in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000 and I am currently a graduate student at Portland State University working towards my Masters in Computer Science. I have also studied American and British legal and political history and received a Brackenridge Fellowship in 2000 to research the influence of British legal history on American legal history. While at the University of Pittsburgh I was part of the Hadronic Particle Group. My primary responsibility was maintaining old code and developping new code. This included writing ANSI C code, developping GUI's in tk/tcl for non-techincal user, perparing documentation graphics using a graphics package called GLE and integrating those with LaTeX documents and assisting with some small system's maintenance. ## Area of Expertise I am proficient in C/C++ and Java. I have had experience with tk/tcl, Perl, HTML, sh style scriptting and LaTeX. I have knowledge about fortran and PHP. I have developped software on Windows machines as well as UNIX and Linux machines.
