JP is awesome! You'll quickly learn after talking to him that he's an expert at several technologies - languages, databases, servers, more. It's apparent whenever I grab the latest commits from the repos that he knows exactly what he's doing. So happy that I found him. (Well, so happy that he responded when I posted the project!) [27 December, 2018] Juan Pablo has really been a great find, for several reasons. Setting out to hire a programmer is a challenger when you are a programmer yourself. It's not easy to avoid being overly critical. But Juan Pablo made this process much easier. The initial interview was a slam dunk. It was clear right away that he knew the technology that I wanted him to use (Django, Python, REST), and honestly, knows way more than I needed him to know. But it's the extra value that he brings. He contributes a lot of information, both in connection to the job as posted, and in terms of suggestions, ideas and methods for down the road that will improve the product and greatly increase the odds of success for the project overall. I'm just very impressed. Many developers out there talk a big game but end up falling short and don't meet expectations. Nothing worse that hiring a dev and knowing shortly after hire that they're the wrong person. This is not the case with JP! He's just been a joy to work with. Honestly. I recommended him to a friend and the project is going equally well. I look forward to continued with JP as my project expands and succeeds. Thanks JP!
