Embodying an emotion in design is a difficult task for a designer that they must constantly achieve. In this assignment for a class I took at New Jersey Institute of Technology we were asked to design a playable level that embodied the emotion of joy. I arrived at the idea of a carnival but one that had it all, the games, the rides, and of course the big tent for the spectacular shows.

Redesign of a space for the Murray Center for Women at New Jersey Institute of Technology to make it more efficient & interactive. This was a collaborative project I took part in during my time at school where I was exposed to elements of other design fields mainly industrial and interior design as I remodeled the space and modeled a custom interactive light fixture. The products I yielded as the digital designer at the end besides the models and renders themselves included an animation of the space in use by a fully rigged character interacting with the light fixture.

Blue Oasis, a coastal themed clothing startup founded by someone I know, hired me to give the company its visual identity. So we came up with the idea and finalizing the design, the client, as well as I, were happy with the product. The client was overjoyed with the result, a snapshot of the coast with all of it, the sand, the sun, the water and the palm tree, this was, he claimed, exactly what they wanted the brand to communicate to the consumer much to my happiness as well as his.

T-shirt and logo design for Grunt Team, a fitness apparel startup company. This client was actually an old friend from high school along with his partner. Both had a passion for fitness that left me surprised when i met him. My friend had completely transformed from an average joe to a powerful athlete. Dedication, hard work, and a hunger for power, this is what they wanted on their clothing, and so I delivered.

Logo design for Aderade, a dance and fitness company. Their vision is to create family through dance fitness and wellness through the community. The importance of community being at the heart of the company was something the client couldn't stress enough. Through constant communication and feedback we arrived at the final design. It was a good experience me and the client enjoyed alike, he even had me work on some advertising and preliminary prints. Overall a great first step into the freelance market.
