In 2011 I started working at Seven Smarts LLC, which is a software development company in Armenia. I got hired as a customer support specialist for on of the projects in United States and after a year I was promoted to a Marketing Specialist. Our team started to get bigger and now I manage our marketing and customer service department, which has about 12 people. I worked on different projects, starting from the idea scratch taking it to the market and providing ongoing support. I have been involved in the content writing process, which also includes fully managing social media accounts and creating content for those, as well as managing the blogs and creating website content. The projects I have been working are from very different industries starting from tourism and even getting to plumbing services. I love to write about and work on almost anything. I want to spend my free time helping others to reach their goals by creating a great content and helping with marketing process.
