I was very hesitant and critical in choosing a project manager for this. The credentials and presentation, as well as initial communication on the project description from IIIaatishlll was very fluid. He seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for, and clarified the requirements and details prior to award. He was well versed in the resources I would need to implement it, and considered long-term longevity and future development of the project in its maturation. He followed through with educating me on the architecture, backups, and stand-alone aspect so that his involvement may not be required in the future (this is a very sour point for me; past developers seem to have some way of creating a job-security or recurrant work from the projects). His English language is approx. 9/10 (slight accent; but understands advanced terminology and slang), and very well understood and easy to communicate with (this is a great concern when hiring offshore). I would highly recommend his services and expertise. We are conducting a trial run for under 30 days; at which time i suspect I will be awarding a 20% bonus for completion on-time, on-budget, and quality of product/service.
