I'm cutting 3/16" acrylic. I need 6 passes at 1/32 for the first five passes then 3/64 for the last pass. Please use tabs. I will be using a 1/16" end mill bit. There are 3 notches in this piece and the detail for those notches is on the right. The measurements for the location of the notches are center lines. Customer wanted a surfboard rack designed and nested ready for CNC router cutting. I created the layers for easy import and then exported to the desired PLYWOOD sheet size. Only provided dimensions were the ones on the photo so had to work out slots, gaps, radiuses. Customer pleased and now mass producing the rack in the US.
