As a child, my ideal life was to be in a lavish room surrounded by books to my liking, with my publications hung on the walls. 20 years later, I am a published creative writer and poet.
For NanoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), I wrote 60,000 words within the span of one month, featuring a creative fiction story about a woman who houses dangerous criminals and finds a family along the way. I am familiar with the stress of deadlines and typing late at night, so it's an old territory for me.
As a project for journalism, I maintained a blog for 2 years, where I met a deadline of 4 blog posts, at least 500 words each per week. Although the time was stressful and I relied solely on coffee and late night writing, the experience of creating and showing others my view on the world was worth it.
The way I function, I like to attach a metaphor that extends throughout the entire piece, so the reader can understand the true meaning behind the story. For example, for one of my fictional stories, I compared a resistant character to a forest fire: despite the flames, the cleansing fire burns away old and leaves nutrients for new life to grow. I learned poetry as the first step, so I can make each sentence and each word and lingers in the reader's mind. I am skilled when it comes to diction, extended metaphors, and personification to make my work engaging and fun to read.
I am an avid reader of creative fiction and fantasy; one of my many favorite novels are the Harry Potter saga and Narnian Chronical. Working with me, you can be sure that you're collaborating with an experienced writer. I look forwards to working with you.
I can shift my tone in writing from conversational and humorous, to more subdued and somber. Our team of writers carry different specialties, from creative writing, poetry, business proposals, academic writing, and more. In fact, we are so confident in our abilities and expertise that we will offer endless proof-reading and editing, so your writing is not done until you are completely 100% content with our work.
Enough about me, let's get into the nitty-gritty. You can be assured that:
-each piece will be plagiarism-free, clean of grammar errors, and with appropriate diction. I pride myself on running my piece through a fine-tooth comb, which means I will work tirelessly until it is to my satisfaction.
-succinct and persuasive writing
-prompt and punctual deadlines
I look forward to working with you!
