I have worked with programmers for 20 years and find Mike to be one of the best. This project was my first iPhone app and I made many mistakes and he was very patient with me and made many great suggestions. He is very easy to work with, to brainstorm with, able to work well with very general concepts or specific instructions. There were several parts of the project the he had no experience with and he showed an amazing ability to research them and find solutions to unique probelms. I knew that he had no experience in these areas in the bid process, but I selected his bid anyway becasue he was very open about the issues and I sensed that he was very strong and easy to work with.
