Despite previous bad reviews, I tried to give this guy another chance, but it didn't work. This task seemed to be beyond his skill-set. Continued promises that examples of his progress would be forthcoming within days, nothing ever materialized. What was supposed to take weeks, went months without any progress.

Google Earth Flyovers of buildings multiple angles, views, heights, speeds

multiple attempts were made to communicate with this freelancer and due to lack of communication the project was never done. I gave ample time to email me back and when he did, told me he was back at work tomorrow and 5 days later no communication. You give a new freelancer a shot at working with you and they disappoint. Not a good start here.
