With an arsenal of knowledge across multiple mediums, I've been fortunate to contribute to the growth and audience perception of small and large brands alike. Having a history of agency experience beginning in 1999, I've lent my diverse skills to brands like Atomic Skis, Vistaprint, Cornell University and Shark | Ninja.
Staying relevant as a digital designer means becoming as versatile as possible. My earlier career focused heavily on video production for Brands such as Polartec and Sublime Juiced Beverages, and local business TV spots, complemented by an equal amount of DVD authoring and Flash development/animation for companies such as X-Dimensional and MacGregor. I was even able to make use of my BFA in Painting and storyboard commercials for Alperts Furniture and King Arthur Flour.
In recent years, I landed a very busy gig as the lead Digital Designer of a Providence, RI agency, solely handling the development of responsive websites for the State of RI DOT and DOH, as well as email marketing and banner production for Cornell, Darden and Providence Colleges.
Of late, I administer, maintain and build systems for e-commerce platforms while massaging a new-found love for UX/UI development under a separate agency currently developing community apps and e-commerce solutions.
I'm also fortunate to have clients that afford me the opportunity to be creative with social media content creation and management. My 'antisocial' soft-sell approach to content creation has helped my clients grow their audience with quality long-term followers.
I'm a bit of a perfectionist, with an admitted short to moderate attention span, meaning that I like to get things done right and in a decent amount of time. I crave order and love to stay busy and on several different projects at once.
I can lead or do what I'm told, but my I'm always going to be a problem solver and you should expect feedback, recommendations and sometimes push-back, if I think my insight is the best use of your time and money.
