I worked as a Customer service specialist in a BPO company for a couple of years. Also, i worked as a Virtual Assistant in a wholesale business model and private labeling account where we do product research, listing and we also take inbound calls about disputes regarding item not received and damaged items and we do outbound calls to different suppliers about returns and refunds were we were able to use basic software's like seller central, e-com solutions, Asana and FD desk. I have a good decision making, i can follow instruction's well and i can work at my best to expand different alternatives necessary to help the team. I love to learn more about this company to meet new friends.
