I am project manager having experience of 5+ years in this field, where I have worked with different banks in the IT department. I have also done Project Management professional certification to peruse my career in this filed. I have managed the projects of Application and network side also. Now I am working in National Bank of Pakistan as a project manager in Enterprise division, where I am handling the projects of compliance and Audit department. I have developed and implemented policies and standard operating procedures for information technology department and banking operations. Developed comprehensive project plans that meet customer requirements with company goals and coordinate managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
