In addition to my general responsibilities as an Executive Assistant at each of the respective companies I've worked for, I've had many great personal achievements including: 9/08-Current- Digital Media Advertising Company: - Coordinated our office move which included planning out the seating of our new office space, transition of phone lines and service, hiring and supervising electrical, IT and moving contractors as well as ordering all new furniture. - Moved our system to a T1 with the help of Verizon - Coordinated travel and accommodations for our New York sales meeting. 8/07-3/08- Music Publishing Company: - Expanded our internship program to include music schools across the states and also assisted in creating a process for a smoother transition with our reprints. 7/02-1/07- Warner Music/Ryko Music Label/Distribution Company: - Worked as a freelance publicist for one of our distributed music labels. - Coordinated the closing of our Massachusetts office as well as the entire move for our New York office including overseeing the build out of the new office by dealing with architects, construction workers, electricians and furniture supply companies. 10/99-7/02- Popular Online Fashion Site (featured on Project Runway) - Won two company wide contests by bringing in the most new customers in a month and garnering the most sales for new customers in a month. As a result I was given the responsibility of getting our discount code out to new customers and coupon sites on a monthly basis. - Promoted to Assistant Buyer 6/97-10/99 -Commercial US Bank - Started as a receptionist and was promoted to Marketing Assistant and then Executive Assistant within one year's time.
