A quick overview with my work experiences: I was a Transaction Processing Associate in a health insurance BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Company. My role is to assist special projects and I will collect, analyze and report data to the client following all the needed customer's requirements. I also had a short experience as a customer service representative in which customer satisfaction is very important. I also had a not so long experience as an executive assistant in a private company. I was exposed in handling executive's request and queries appropriately, maintain diary, arrange meetings, appointments and provide reminders.
With a BS degree of Information System, it molded my skills in basic accounting, programming, adequate knowledge about Photoshop, database management and Microsoft office, etc.
