Sakshi did excellent work in terms of functionality. He delivered everything I asked for and offered very good suggestions that improved the quality of our site. I am trying to offer him another similar job and hope to work with him again. The only downsides were that the project took way longer than I anticipated (unrealistic deadline in the first place, and I think there was occasional downtime on his internet connection which he couldn't help). In particular I had not anticipated having to spend so much time bug checking and typing lists of corrections. I didn't have that time in my work schedule and this lead to delayed responses on my end. But overall, I give Sakshi a "very good" rating, because the site works great, it looks great, and the admin interface is better than I hoped for. I really appeciated his willingness to make changes as we moved through the project and began to see how it was coming together. His communication skills and English ability were excellent. Overall he was a very good programmer to work with. Thank you Sakshi!
